Tepoztlan is a 45 minute drive from Mexico City. It is situated at the foot of the magic and majestic Tepozteco. The weather is excellent at this time of year with blue skies and strong energy.

The place we are staying at is 'La Isla' (islatepoz.com) with its own extensive gardens and swimming pool.

(I was there in January and completely fell in love with it, it is a sacred place, a place to experience, enjoy, relax, renovate and of course, practice yoga.)

La Isla has a 'mandala' fully equipped to practice yoga. You don't have to bring anything apart from your mat.
You should have done at least 6 months of regular yoga practice to participate in this course.

The accommodation is beautiful and quite luxurious; it is possible to choose singles or doubles, extra charges may apply.

The price of accommodation, breakfast, and teaching starts at £850 sterling.
There are direct flights to Mexico City. Flights are not included in the price. We recommend you look into flights now, the earlier you book a flight the cheaper it tends to be. You are advised to take out travel and appropriate cancellation insurance when making flight bookings.

Your booking has to be received by 15th of August, as we need to book the places and have to book a minimum of 10 persons. This also means we will not run the holiday if there is insufficient interest.
