It is recommended that you have done 6 months of regular Iyengar practise.

£430 per person at Onuncu Koy

This price includes:
Accommodation sharing a twin or double bedded room with en suite facilities. Rooms are modern, stylish air conditioned and have balconies.
A single supplement of £70 is applicable if you want a room to yourself (subject to availability).

Onuncu Koy has a purpose-built yoga studio with wooden floor and windows overlooking the mountains and the sea.
All equipment is provided, no need to bring your own.
Yoga: 2-2½ hours in the mornings and 1½ hours (usually relaxation/pranayama) late afternoons.

Breakfast & dinner are all vegetarian based on the local cuisine.

It is possible to bring along a non-yoga friend/partner for £130 reduction if sharing the room.

The yoga holiday runs from Sunday 26th September to Sunday 3rd of October (travelling days).
Yoga classes run from Monday 27th to Saturday 2nd.
